We’re here to help you be Rooted.Growing.Resilient.®! RGR is not a program, it’s a person – a seasoned pastor/coach/spiritual director who will meet one-on-one with you monthly to listen to you and focus on what’s important to you personally and professionally. An amazing team of RGR Partners is ready to support you.

This confidential six-month partnership is open to all MWC pastors. You will meet with Rev. Dr. Jean Cheng Gorman to be paired with a RGR Partner specifically matched to your needs and personality. 

Why are we partnering with Jean and RGR? We know ministry is tough, and life is tough. We want to support you – not generally or generically, but we want to personally support you in the specific ways that are most meaningful to you. We want each of you thrive in life and ministry and we are committed to making this happen together.

Registration is now open for the Fall 2025 season of RGR (August – February). The cost is $800 per season, plus a one-time administrative fee of $125, applied only during your first season.
