Ministry Celebration 2012

The Evangelical Covenant Church of Fort Collins, Colorado, will host the 126th Midwest Conference Ministry Celebration and Annual Meetings, April 27-28, 2012. The MWC Ministry Celebration 2012 is coming soon! All churches have received registration information.

Here are a few “reminder dates:”
March 26: Hotel reservations guaranteed only to March 26–Make reservations now!
April 2: Credential Cards due to MWC Office (feel free to email or fax)
April 2: Registrations and fees sent to MWC Office, no refunds after April 23.

NOTE: If coming as a guest, pay $35. Only if you are a voting delegate to the MWC sessions do you pay the $65 fee. If you are a pastor to a church not yet a member of the ECC, you register as a guest. Don’t forget the documentary movie that Women Ministries is showing Thursday at 7 p.m. – mark your registration form if attending this free event.

April 2: If participating in Friday’s Ministry Fair with a display booth, submit reservation form to MWC Office
April 12: If participating in Friday’s Ministry Fair by sending resources only, resources must be in mail soon, sent directly to the host church in Fort Collins.

Churches will receive an e-mail early April with materials that need to be shared with your church delegates, allowing them to be better prepared for the business sessions.

A worship service will be held Friday evening at 7 p.m. at ECC, Fort Collins CO, 4825 S Lemay. All are welcome to attend. Please spread the word to area congregations and to your friends, inviting them to worship God together with their brothers and sisters in Christ from Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa along with guests from The Evangelical Covenant Church in Chicago.
